i am reading the instructions for the adjustment of status (my fiance just got here on k-1 and we are now married)... and it says all we need is the vaccination suplement from the medical exam we did for the k-1 interview... but the only thing we have is a card from the clinic where she got the vaccinations.. it has some stamps for which vaccinations she got... is that all they want for this??? we have nothing directly from the doctor we paid the 100 dollars to for the medical exam. the consulate kept all of that stuff. any advice would help! thanks!

Take that card to a civil surgeon they will then transfer the vaccination records to a vaccination supplement. Also take the I-485 instructions with you to show that only the supplement is needed, some doctors insist on doing a medical.

We had the supplement done for $35

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
