Hi all,

My Wife and I are just looking for some Clarification on this RFE we just received.

From what you can tell on bullet point 2, are they asking us to sign the piece we missed on an old Revision form? *06/26/17*

We're unsure why USCIS is asking us just to sign this one part, on an old form.

It couldn't have been a mistake on their part could it?

Thanks all!

I’m going to ask a silly question just in case,

I-485 it was signed by the beneficiary not the petitioner/sponsor by accident right?

which revision you sent initially?

Hi Naes!

Yes it was signed by my Wife, the beneficiary.

The latest Revision, 12/13/17 / OMB No. 1615-0023 Expires 06/30/2019

It's just puzzling us why they're asking for an Older Form Edition.

Wow it is puzzling.... You can try to call and ask actually. because It would be no fun to get it again saying, sign the other revision...

Did they send you back the page you were "suppose" to sign?

We'll just have to do that.

It'd been easier if they sent the sheet we had to sign, but alas...

If indeed they are asking for an older form, can that be located somehow, Naes?

I don't think it is available officially.

Just tell them we never sent that edition, I don't think they will want that.. I mean they shouldn't.

No problem ma'am!

I'll try and give them a call this afternoon to clarify on this, maybe it will save another couple the trouble if they receive the same.

I'll update when I can!
