Thanks sooo much!! Is your case Pivot too?

You're welcome. Mine's was not pivot. I think that's relatively new for Manila because I haven't heard of it when my case was at NVC

You're almost at the end of your visa process!Good luck! ☺️

Sounds like PIVOT will become the "norm"

Describe the purpose of the system:  The Pre Immigrant Visa Overseas Technology (PIVOT) information system supports immigrant visa (IV) pre-processing at the National Visa Center (NVC), which includes immigrant visa case creation, immigrant visa package review, and support and inquiry functions. PIVOT interfaces with Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC), electronic Document Processing (eDP), and Enterprise Appointment Management System (EAMS) to achieve paperless pre-processing for Immigrant Visa applications. When pre-processing is completed, PIVOT cases are transferred overseas for adjudication in the Immigrant Visa Overseas (IVO) system.

Original of the signed I-864, copy of the IRS transcript

Hi Hank, so i was reading this post, and saw your replies. I have the same dilemma too, i cannot provide an original copy of the I-864 since my interview will be 2 weeks from now, and my husband is in the US now and he was the one who filed for it. What should i do? We were thinking if a scanned copy is okay.

Have him email you a newly signed I-864 (if the embassy requests an original during the interview you will have to provide that, but you just may slide by .. others have).   You have a copy of his most recent tax return and W2?
