Re. your baby.  Do you have any OB medical bills addressed to your home address?  And, cancelled medical bill payment checks signed by U.S. Citizen spouse?  Or, electronic bill payments to OB Doctor from joint bank account?  Possibly a letter from OB doctor on wife's pregnancy?

Even if ya'll don't have both of your names on bills, you can send copies of bills that are addressed and for the same address.

Example, electricity is in my name, cable is in my husbands name. They are both listed for the same home, and have the same mailing address for that home.

I could be wrong though, but USCIS doesn't care about ongoing pregnancies so its irrelevant to include anything related to.

We had a child, born in the Dominican Republic, and given U.S. Citizenship by the U.S. Embassy there.  Empirically, we believe that this one fact helped up more than any other facts in “demonstrating a bonafide marriage to USCIS.” We studied for days for our interview at the U.S. Embassy.  There were dozens of of examples online questions asked at the embassy in the DR.  When we went for our interview, we of course took our baby with us.  The interviewing officer asked us only one question.  “Is that your daughter, [name]?  We said yes; and, the officer said that our visa applications were approved.  (We couldn't believe that the interview was over after that one question!!!)

When submitting our evidence for our I-751.  We did submit a copy of the U.S. Consular Report of Birth Abroad showing the birth of our daughter which demonstrated a bonafide marriage.  We submitted the baby's medical bills.

We only submitted a one-page bank statement for one month without all of the supporting transaction pages.  We only submitted one year’s federal tax return summary sheet without all of the schedules.  (It wasn’t until after we submitted our application did we find VJ and all the horror stories of RFE for more complete bank and tax records).

We did not submit any house mortgage, rental, car, or utility bills.  We did not submit most of the evidence recommended on this forum (but, we sweated big-time after learning on VJ all of the things that we should have submitted, i.e., evidence that we had, but did not submit.)

Fortunately, we did not receive an RFE, and we were approved last week.

I honestly don’t know how the USCIS weighs a pregnancy.  And, yes a couple having a child together differs from a couple's pregnancy.  But, I believe that this goes a long way to demonstrating a bonafide marriage.
