Hello I need an advice regarding is it more easy to process k1 fiance visa here In KSA than in Philippines? I'm a Filipina expat worker here in Saudi Arabia, I just want to ask you guys if it's more easier for me to process here in ksa and still continue working till I get the visa or more easy in Philippines? Thank you for all who want to give advice.

Note: The KSA police certificate can only be obtained inside KSA, https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/SaudiArabia.html:

You can process at either where you have legal residence, or a country of citizenship. It's generally suggested to interview where you currently reside.

US Embassy Manila's (USEM) is a fairly straightforward process. Riyadh's process isn't that bad either, honestly. My wife transferred her case from Riyadh to Manila in 2017 due to her contract expiring mid-process.

My plan is to renew my contract here in our hospital and finish the processing here, wait for the visa and exit from saudi to USA. I will resign if my visa will arrive. Is it a good plan? Cos I want to work while waiting the visa.

That sounds like a good plan so go ahead and do it.

Thank you, cos I don't like to be in the Philippines jobless and just waiting for the visa to arrive, it still good if while waiting I'm still earning that could help my fiance too for the finances cos it's a teamwork not just one party will move.

Are you a nurse, and do you NCLEX yet?

Is it only in KSA like that?

Not only KSA, but it is a minority of countries. Some don't have US immigration-valid police certs available at all (i.e. Pakistan). The reciprocity charts in the link referenced has the details for each country.
