Hi,

We are filling for a K1 visa this week. My fiance has a new job since January 2018 (annualy 50.000 dollar). We dont have tax return papers, cause the year isn’t over yet. Before that it was around 2.000 dollars per month.

Do you guys think this will be an issue?

Shouldn't be a issue, just have your husband receive a verification of employment with 2-3 months of paystubs and you should be okay. The taxes from the year before will not affect your up to date information. 👍

You're fine. Before you even get the noa2, he will have filed his taxes in 2019 for the 2018 year, and you will have the updated transcript for the interview and the I134 form you have to take to the embassy interview.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

As long as you have an Employment letter stating his position and salary you should not have any problems as you clearing are above the poverty level for your household size. I like @Loren Y's answer. With tax return and letter even that evidence will surely not be a problem. Good Luck.

In the future many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

One more question sir. My wife by mistake send her transcripts to Nvc without photo coping to take me to interview. Is there any office where she can get this within week? I know she can order online but they might take time. Many thanks.

No. Once a document is sent it's pretty much now has a new home. You can ask at the Embassy and see if they will return it but I have my doubts as it's now a part of your case file.

Perfectly fine.  By the time you will be going in for your interview, the new tax season will be here and your fiance will be able to print out the tax return for year 2018.
