Was born in a foreign country and lived there until i migrated in Canada at the age of 32 and became a Canadian Citizen. 

 

Do I need to obtain a Police Certificate for both the country I was born in and Canada? Or, do I only need a police certificate from Canada?

But the answer is clearly yes to both of what you’ve asked, and possibly other places if you have lived there for the periods of time as per the table.

Yes, unless it's an exempt country. Without knowing which country it is (why the secrecy anyway?) we don't know if it's exempt or not.

Depends on your birth country if a PC is available. Since you have not released the country your referring to it's hard for us to give you a complete answer.  Please go to U.S. Visa: Reciprocity and Civil Documents by Country and select the country that you need your civil document issued from.

Get the Canadian K1 P3 letter at http://photos.state.gov/libraries/canada/303578/montreal/Packet3-K1-MTL.pdf as this is your bible needed to complete and receive your visa. The required documents are included and use the P3 as a check list. Once you have completed or gathered the required documents you'll be ready for your interview. If it is not on the Embassy letter, it probably is not needed.

 

Last but not least, READ the pages on the US Embassy website for you country so that you are up to speed.
