There are 196 countries in the world that give US visas.

I'm a numbers nerd and every month track USCIS data into spreadsheets (don't laugh). So I'll begin a weekly trivia contest.

Please message me with your answers!  You can, of course, post them but then others may steal your answers.

Yes,  if you want to go through all the data you can - but it's more fun to just play along. (I'll know you looked up the answers if you get them all right!).

Each week I will give you 5 questions to answer.

This week's contest is open until Sunday, September 16th at 7:00 PM then winner(s) and answers will be announced.

1. The SQ1 is an immigrant visa for certain Iraqis or Afghans employed by or on behalf of the US Government.  SQ2 is for spouse of SQ1 - SQ3 is for a child of an SQ1. Besides Iraq and Afghanistan, how many OTHER countries gave out SQ2 or SQ3 visas? (15 pts - 30 if you name the other countries)

2. What three countries have names that are spelled/listed differently on Non-Immigrant Visa data and Immigrant Visa data?  (10 pts each)

3. The G3 visa is a nonimmigrant visa which allows for representatives of foreign governments recognized by the US to enter into the US. It is similar to a G1 visa except individuals on a G3 are not authorized to work.  What country - which had the LOWEST overall total visas issued (both NIV and IV) also had the HIGHEST number of G3 visas issued? (5 pts)

4. So far in 2018, which country had issued the highest RATIO of visitor visas (B1, B1/2, and B2) to their population? (not highest number of visitor visas - highest ratio) (20 pts)

5. An E2 visa is for an investor who wants to enter and work inside the United States based on a significant investment ($100,000+) in a bona fide enterprise. What country has issued the highest NUMBER of these visas so far in 2018 and about how many do you think they have issued?  (10 pts each question - you get points if your answer is within 250 of the total number).
