My case ‘s PD April 2010 . When I petitioned I was PR  .  Later when I became US citizen. I wrote letter to NVC . They changed my category to F1  . My question is there any possibility to move back to F2B .   because F2B is  now moving faster than F1 . It is about 7 months ahead.  If yes, how? PLEASE PLEASE somebody reply me thanks a LOT.

Really? Interesting. In theory that should be impossible since its green card holder category..  Those immigration rules are really weird sometimes.

Yes, it's weird. But the US wants people to naturalize so they offer this so that there is no "disadvantage" to naturalizing.

Little detail again about my case.
In my case Petitions was filed in APRIL 10, 2012 under F2b. after parent's citizenship asked for move to FI .now F2B is ahead. It is been long waiting time.petition was done when children's were already above 21 yrs old. I think they calculate the age under CSPA ACT.

PLEASE  can you tell  me Are they still have option to move F2B ?

I will be really appreciate of any answer from anybody of the best of your knowledge. thanks.
