i am getting married to USC in the next two weeks and since i am looking over all the paperwork now to file AOS i found myself confused about Supplement A of I-485 ... i am unsure if i am in need of filing it along with the I-485 since i have entered the US on VWP and overstayed. any input would be greatly appreciated

Overstay is forgiven if you are married to a USC. No need to file I-485 Supplement A.

i thought so but after looking over the info of supplement A i got totally confused!!! they are really not making it easy to understand some of their forms
