Hello again, i have another question. Will it be a problem if my husband and I don’t have a utility bills, house bills or car bills. Because since my husband arrived in US we both stayed in my parents house and they were the one paying all the expenses in the house.

Instead of what you don't have, what evidence do you have? Focus on that.

That made me feel a bit better. I’m just worried because i was thinking it may affect in the application if the evidence aren’t enough.

Exactly, I'm in the same situation and I gathered everything that I have - taxes, joint bank accounts, insurance, ezpass... everything else can be explained in a letter. You can always write a letter stating the situation and have it notarized. Good luck!

I would say, explain in writing why you dont have utility bills under your name and your husband's name. that way USCIS would know the reason why.

USCIS is always looking for co-mingling assets and liabilities for the couple and it will be more helpful if you explain why you guys dont have it.

I agree with the previous advice provided.  We did not submit any joint household (mortgage, rent, or utility) bills or car maintenance bills, because everything was in the U.S. spouse's name.  We did not provide a letter explaining this, but we provided other evidence that was available, e.g., wills, powers of attorney, children support documents (our strongest evidence), photos, receipts for wedding rings, 401K beneficiary statements, bank accounts, etc.  See the other forums here dedicated to evidence provided; every possible type of evidence is described.  (I wish that I had discovered VJ before we had submitted our packet; it would have been so much easier.).
