Change of address before filing the removal of condition

Hello my husbands 2 yr visa is on Dec 22, 2018. and we are planning to send our removal of condition by the end of this month September! However, we will be moving to different address in couple weeks or so. Do you guys think it will be better to move first and have our address to be change? Or is it okay if we use our old address in our application? I hope someone can give me a good advice. Thank you

As a LPR, you are required to update USCIS within 10 days of moving by filing an AR-11 form online (it's free of charge).

 

I would strongly suggest not using the old address with your application to prevent notices from being sent to the old address and you not receiving them in the mail.

I did my change of address and then called USCIS 1 week later to confirm that they have it updated. Once they confirmed the updated address on their system, I went ahead and sent out my ROC packet. I have received all correspondence from USCIS at my new address so far.

Thank you! Is it still okay if some of the evidence that we have are still on the old address like phone bills, bank statement?

Got it! I wonder also because some of the bills we have it’s address to our old house.
