Form I-751 question

Hello everyone, i have a question

My wife entered the country on a K-1 visa with her daughter on a K-2 visa, they already have the conditional green card, i am wondering once the time comes to remove conditions, should we make the check for $595.00 plus the biometrics for my wife and her daughter, or the K-2 also needs to pay the $595.00

Seems pretty straight forward, i just went to site pulled up the directions.

If the daughter was in the same petition before  they get included on ONE I751.  Otherwise needs a seperate 751 to ROC her status. So you need ONE $595 per I751

Regardless you need to pay the biometric fee / person whether its on one or two I751s

not necessarily same petition read the instructions they say something about 90 days within the mother.  But anyways regarding the fee its the $595  / I751 and $85 / person for each of their biometrics regardless of if one or two i751s
