Montreal F3 interview Waiting Time

Hello, Just wonder if anyone with F3 category is waiting for interview in Montreal.  My case was completed on 5/30/2018 (106 days and counting) but still have NO interview date.  Call NVC weekly but same answer - No hope for October (5 months after completion). Priority date is 1/9/2006 which is current.  Please share your experience.
