I'm really going to send this file off tomorrow. 

I'm going over it one more time. 

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to include the following. 

 I-797C showing removal of conditions on wife's old green card

I-407 showing abandonment of old green card. 

My reasoning is to show that she's already been approved by the government, but now I'm wondering if it's even necessary or downright harmful. 

Any advice is much appreciated!

Doesn't really matter. It won't slow or speed the process.

It's not harmful, but I don't see a benefit either. They will know she had a past green card anyway, but that is not one of the items they look for in determining if the petition should be approved or if she qualifies for the visa.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
