**Advice about petitioning my mom (from Philippines) to USA.

I got my US citizenship June 19th, 2018. And now I want to petition my mom (who's from the Philippines). So I need any advice on how to start this process. I'm clueless and your advice will help me.

1.How much will it cost for the application?
2.What type of Visa?
3.How much will it cost for medical exam for her?
4. Time frame. How long it take for her to be here? How long is the process?
5. Since my mom is not fluent in english, can my sister be the translator? Or us embassy has their own translator?

Please add more info in case i forgot some things.
Some of my questions might be irrelevant but any advice is greatly appreciated. We're starting from step 1 and figuring things out. Thank you!

You really need to learn to do your own research as all of these are well documented on US government sites and discussed on immigration forums such as this one.  If you are still confused after you read the guides, post specific questions. No one has time to hold your hand through the process when you have done nothing to inform yourself.

If you are still asking such basic questions after reading the available information, you should get an attorney to assist you in filing.  The process requires attention to detail, patience, and the ability to solve simple problems/find the answers to basic questions.

You are not even posting in the correct section of the forum.

on your next question Time frame it depends what service center. USCIS maybe 6-9 months and NVC maybe 4-6 months and interview maybe 2 weeks-2 months after case complete.

next question the Embassy have there own Translator Visaya Tagalog or etc. they will ask you if you need translator so no need to worry. Your sister cant get inside unless she have US passport.

Hope that helps. Congrats on your Citizenship.. if you need help just send me message..
