We don't live in the old adress we moved to a new place so we have to notify uscis if the new adress  do you know what I'm saying?

I do know what you’re saying. However you do not have any petition or application with uscis at this moment. As your I-129f / k1 Or whichever visa you came here with is done.

so this is a whole new application.

By sending this, you are informing them of your address. And by writing your address history in the form you are also letting them know what your old address was.

I answered it simply at first and you didn’t seem to understand that, so I explained it further...

I have no clue why you feel judged by an explanation.

Either way, if you came with k1, no you don’t need to inform them of an address change  as you are just filing for AOS.

If you have a different status you’re changing it from then it may depend.

please fill your visajourney  timeline so you can get more accurate answers.

About to send means you haven’t file AOS, whatever address you put on the file now is THE ADRESS and will be the one that USCIS sending notifications to you later.

Naes was quite right tho.
