Are you the USC?

Unless that counts against you under IMBRA, I wouldn't think it has much to do with anything. You don't need to submit a police report (they can access your info anyway) and unless what you've done presents a danger to your fiance, I think you're fine. Check the IMBRA forum, but my hunch is it won't even come up if you're the USC.

But I wouldn't advise going to Jersey again. Ever. Don't skip court dates!!!!!

And don't drive on a suspended license - look what happened to Paris Hilton, and she's uber-rich!

my thoughts to you would be to clear up your situation with New Jersey anyway, just in case it somehow becomes an issue. Best of luck!

Most States will not extradite on a non-criminal (forfeiture) traffic violation. You're going to get a a name hit on NCIC though which will be run during the name checks. I think you'd be wise to take care of it now while you can and get it off the system.

I also thought that now with Big Brothers Super Computer, each state can see suspensions on the other state, or traffic problems, and cause you to pay fines or clean those things up. I am suprised you have not had a problem getting a license, or mabye you will when you go to renew.

The DMV can see suspensions in other states. Maybe its time to sort it out before you encounter a problem at renewal time.
