Hello everyone im a new here. . .

 

PLEASE HELP :(

 

My wife green card It will be expire this coming december 15, 2018. . .

 

Then uscis send a letter NOA  my wife has 120 day reminder notice and also in the letter say's within the 90days prior to the second anniversary of the date you were granted CPR STATUS.

 

Now my question do I need send I-751 early month of SEPTEMBER???

Or we just wait month of OCTOBER,NOVEMBER or DECEMBER??? here green card it will be expire DECEMBER 15,2018

The I-751 must be sent within 90 days of Dec. 15, 2018. Not a day sooner than that 90 day period or it will be rejected. And don't send late either.

As Oct has 31 days, you can send your application on September 17

So you mean December 15 2018 we will wend the I-751?

 

Hindi po ba before 90 days po tulad po buwan ng October or November? kasi ma expire na po ngayong December 15, 2018?

Assuming the above calculation is correct, you can file anytime from Sept. 17th through Dec. 14th (I wouldn't rely on filing on the 15th).

The sooner the better. I'd do something like Sept. 19th or so just to be safe...I'm not one for having to rely on somebody counting the exact number of days properly (not just for VJ, but for the USCIS workers too).

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
