Hi to everyone my wife’s had an interview last February and the consular agent ask her to provide a joint sponsor. A 221g form was given to her so when I finally found a somebody who sign the join sponsor form we was trying to get an interview date so she can submit it but she find out that her case was already returned to nvc. Nvc received the case and already forward it to uscis. Month ago so now my question is how long it take uscis to receive the case and how long it takes for them to answer. If also someone has same experience can I get a feedback. Thank you

Once USCIS notifies you they have your case I would give them at least 6 months.  It could be sooner or later every case is different.

Once you get the NOIR you will have 30 days to respond.  You can start gathering what you need to submit now and have your wife give a detailed recall of the interview in case anything else came up other than the joint sponsor that you may need to rectify.

Hello I just got an update from the uscis website and it says that they recieved my returned case since August 28 when do I expect to get a mail from them I mean the time frame? Thank you again for replying

It will be some time.   Its hard to say how long could be 5 months could be a year or more.  If you don't hear anything after 6 months start calling them.  Was there anything else that came up in the interview besides the joint sponsor?  If so be prepared to submit any evidence of what was discussed negatively in addition to evidence  to  prove your wife will not be public charge.

Hello I received two letter from uscis on February 4 2019 they reaffirmed my case and forwarded to nvc  but on the website it still say it’s under review is this normal? And if yes how long it will take to nvc to receive it and what’s next. Thank you
