I read it was 2 days after I could be wrong though but have the results come out?

Nothing released as of yet.

Most reports were they did blood sample at the scene, I have seen a few reports which states it was a couple days later. I tend to believe it was taken at the scene.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

I read somewhere that they want to use to the Stand Your Ground law and if they do than they all need to be

slapped. How did she fear for HER life? Let's be honest you're sitting at home walking around maybe getting something to drink or eat and Bam! All the sudden some cop is in your house screaming for you to point your hands up pointing a gun at you. Now that. That's fear.

I not aware of Stand Your Ground Law in Texas, and don't see how that could be a defense. I have taken a few handgun classes in Texas, never heard that one.

She entered wrong apartment and killed a person with a gun.  She needs to do prison time for her mistake, I am hoping she serves at least 5 years.

It's not called Stand Your Ground in Texas it has different names. (Yes names three different defense laws) not sure which one they'll use

She'll probably say that he didn't follow her commands and she was afraid for her life so she shot at him.

It's not even close to relevant if he was high or not. If he had smoked that day or not. Because he didn't shot anyone he didn't do anything wrong. The amount of weed he had is a misdemeanor not even worth prison time if he was alive.

Stand your ground is not a valid legal defense in this case. The law only applies if you have a legal right to be in the location where the use of force occurred.

She'll probably say that she thought she was in the right apartment and that seeing a man probably trying to rob her apartment and not listening to demands made her afraid for her life.

Thats how I see the defense twisting it. That's why she's still holding on to the whole "I thought it was my apartment." excuse.

I see her pleading guilty in a plea deal with the DA

There is no legal defense for her being in the wrong apartment. It may have been a mistake, but she is responsible for the actions that occurred after that.
