UK medical. Knightsbridge question?

Hiya

ive got a question regarding the gp summary they ask for. I know it’s not the full gp notes they need. I’ve asked for a patient summary, got it and it only has the last 3 attendances on there as well as vaccination record.

Is this going to be acceptable? I have read that the gp summary is adequate. But with only the last 3 visits on?

My GP summary had my last few appointments, listed what medication I’d been prescribed in the last 3 months (1 medicine),  it stated any referrals made in the last 3 months (1 referral was made), and if there were any significant medical history (listed 3 things).

There was no problems supplying this to them?

This is what they are looking for. It just shows there are no significant issues or problems, or ongoing health problems, they usually display the last 3 as a standard. As long as it's got your name, NHS number etc. on, you are all good.

about an hour and a half or so, my appointment probably overran as I did not have a straight forward medical history.
