Probably not. Not with AP and immigrant intent. Imo 0 chance.

No.

 

1.  It's extremely difficult for Pakistani Men to gain a visit visa to USA 

2.  You have a pending spouse visa - any chance you could overcome to get  visit visa would be washed out once they saw the visa pending

3.  Your case is possibly being returned to NVC= high probability of immigration intent.

If you are referring to getting a tourist via to the US with a pending immigrant visa case, you will will almost certainly be denied. You are free to apply, but I would not hold my breath, sorry.

If you have an existing tourist visa, you are free to use it. Expect a little more scrutiny at CBP about intent to return home. Entry is at CBP's discretion.

June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!

February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

B2 for a USC spouse? Unlikely given the high chances for AOS. 

 

But based on your other threads with a CR1 petition under NOIR, I wouldn't count on a B2 being issued.
