This year I got my L1B visa and I started work in July 2018.

I read about what documents my wife and my son need to apply for L2 visa.   But my questions are:

  1.  do we need to get a petition for my wife and son (9 years), like i did when I applied for my L1b visa?
  2. do I need to present their documents to the USCIS?
  3. Can some one share and example of "Written approval of the primary L1 holder (parent or spouse)" and "L1 holder's employment verification letter

If someone can share his experience that will be great

Thank you in advance
