Today our K1 switched from "In Transit" to "Ready". My fiancee scheduled her medical and has requested her police record and done all other things. My main question is does the London embassy mail our a packet 3 or email anything telling the beneficiary that they need to schedule the interview or that it's ok to schedule the interview? Or does my fiancee just need to follow the steps here https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/ and not be waiting for anything from the embassy?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Just asked the consulate in Frankfurt the same question. They review the case once more and contact you then. Atleast thats what they told me. Here you can't book your own appointment for an immigration visa. So same thing as you did for about a year. Sit back and relax while they do something (Or claim to do). For me it's cr1 though

Your Fiancee can go ahead and continue the steps listed on the website, you won't really get a "Packet 3", just a copy of the approved I-129F form, with a letter telling you to visit that link. As wait times are quite long right now, I would advise moving forward with as much as you can.

I-129F Submitted: 01 November 2017NOA1 Received: 03 November 2017NOA2 Received: 22 May 2018 | NVC Received: 08 June 2018 | Consulate Received: 06 July 2018 | Medical: 27 July 2018 | Interview: 10 August 2018 (APPROVED) | VISA in Hand: 22 August 2018 | POE: 28 September 2018 :joy:

Days between NOA1 until VISA in hand: 292
