Interesting date.

Yep!  And YSC (Potomac) is the slowest service center for CR-1.  They average 9.6 months.  Other centers are around 6.5 months.  With CR-1, how long is it at NVC?

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

2-3 months at NVC .. depending on how busy they are.

And you get the joy of NVC scheduling the interview.   Nice thing is, once your case file is at the embassy you can grab an earlier date.

Time to relax and wait....again.  It will be interesting since school starts for the kids in June and the tuition has to be paid up front for the year.  I guess if this was easy everyone would do it.
