Hi,

To all respected members. I have one question regarding providing Affidavit of Support. If the main Petitioner is not doing a job and doesn't have any tax returns record at all can he arrange 2 or 1 Sponsor to support her wife? By the way, the main petitioner is Green Card Holder.

The main petitioner will ALWAYS be the main sponsor. You can have co-sponsor.

But in this case main petitioner isn't doing any job and don't have any Tax returns to file so can he arrange 2 or 1 Sponsor to submit Affidavit of support for her wife.

I read that post sir and I understand it too but in this, the problem is that main Petitioner isn't doing any job and he never filed tax returns because he has no source of income on papers, so can Arrange 2 Sponsor to support his wife or not just wanted to clear my confusion.

The petitioner MUST be the primary sponsor.  There must also be a co-sponsor in addition to the primary sponsor who can meet the financial requirements.

Doesn't matter. Petitioner needs to file paperwork as a main sponsor no matter what.

Also what do you mean source of income on paper? Doesn't he have any informal income?

Yes, I will be the main sponsor but I can't provide any financial support as of right now that's my question since I can't submit my Affidavit of Support on my own can I arrange 2 separate sponsors please clear my this confusion, by doing this does this create any problem to my case.

If you don't have any paperwork than don't provide any.  But you need to file Affidavit of Support anyway.

No matter what. Your co-sponsor will file it also.

Not exactly.......you won't know that until her visa is issued...but hopefully, it will be a smooth journey.
