you sign on the forms where there is a place for a signature.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

If you used the additional information sheets of i130/130a (part 9 or part 7 I believe it was) you need to sign those at the bottom as well even though there isn’t a signature line. 

I would also suggest taking your spouse with you when you file, they can enter with you through the USC entry and that way if any other signatures are missing (or if you both want to sign the embassy’s contact info sheet) you can handle it while they do the preliminary check of your petition documents. Helped us for sure as I missed a few of my wife’s signatures!

No - if you file I-130 yourself, then only 1 signature is needed on I-130 (Page 9 of 12).  

 

Additional signature and date required for each additional page you added to the original I-130 12 pages.
