@ iray. If you read through the forums you'll notice a lot of strange things that happen during the visa process.

@ urge to race. My last digit was easy to read. The one on my check and the one the USCIS posted are completely different. My guess is a typo.

My 129F has now been forwarded to the CSC from the NBC. My K3 has taken its next baby step. Now, I hope they start actually working on that bad boy soooon!

An update on my case. I found the reciept number from back of cashed check, and entered it into the tracking system. The result says they mailed the 797 on May 21. Now is June 6, and I have not seen anything? I called USCIS and the recording says to wait 30 days if notice has not been received in mail.

So guess all I can do is keep waiting. How long does it take for a letter from Nebraska to get delivered??? I'm only a couple states away?

Congratulations.

From my experience, 30 days is what the USPS tells you to wait. By then they have no idea what happened to it.

Hope the I-797C shows up real soon.

very weird. it should take 2-3 days. I wonder if other members can confirm if the tracking system is accurate in that regard?

Please add me to the April filers.......I am encouraged that they have cashed the check and I am now able to check my online case status because we still have not received a NOA1 from the CSC.........and now the wait begins.....30 to 45 days from what they are saying.......Let's keep hoping they do batch processing.....lol

The tracking system says they reveived my I 130 and mailed the 797 on May 21. They actually received my I 130 on April 26. So it sat on someone's desk for almost a month before they looked at it! They must be quite busy!

The I-129F for my wife was touched already this mornng.

Maybe Chicago will send to CSC soon. California, here we come!! Finally.
