Besides myself, how many April filers are left waiting to be approved? I have no idea as to how CSC are processing petitions.

The sad part CSC has no idea either...... I just received a touch on the I-130 but, I'm not sure if the touch was for the telephone call or if they really touched it. What's going on CSC?????????

Maybe G & A's chart could be of some assistance in figuring out how many K3s are left to be approved.

I am not sure CSC has an idea on how they are processing petitions. I think my hypothesis is close to reality on each ajudicator is like a cashier and it depends upon which checkout line your petition is in.

I think you are right. Depends on who is reviewing the petition. Good luck next week for those of us who have yet to be approved. And those of you that have been approved, please keep posting and sharing the info as you go on to the next step.

I got about 4 touches in one week. I think two of them were because of phone call. I have been checking my uscis account every one hour. what i have noticed is that my date update always changed in between 10 am and 12 am. or between 10pm and 12 pm. (eastern time)

this is a blind guess but it looks like uscis updates their system during those time only.

Hello to everybody in this Fourum, my husband and I, we recieve last week our BGT Number and also lastweek they told us that they sent our case at the Colombian Embassy, I heard to many people that they are in the K1 in others fourums that they sent the respective form (DS 230 part I and OF 169) wich is the same for K3 except for the form OF 169, before they recieve the package 3... I found in the Colombian Embassy website the package 3 for K3... We just recieve the BGT number last week and they sent it on Wednesday to Bogota... my Question is ... May I send the form DS 230 Part I and the OF 169 next week... Is the way to win time for to gett the enterview sooner .... but it's not too earlier to send it? any advice is very welcome!... Thanks to all for this fantastic Fourum, and God Bless to everybody that is here!!!
