They are definitely processing by noa1 dates of I130s, they don't seem to take the I129s into account. Which is of course a good thing

I can only wish this is true. There is 6 weeks difference between my I130 and I129F dates. However, unless we see something concrete, I'll still be hedging my bets on receiving an NOA2 at the end of November. I don't want to get my hopes up of an earlier NOA2 and get let down. If it comes in before the end of November, I'll be partying!!

Looking over your timeline you should be hearing something very shortly. I totally understand your frustration but, lets pray they are letting the approvals come out.... :yes:

Do you think it could be received date which ours is 04/12/07? Because our NOA date was May 9, 2007. I think their looking at received date of the NOA. But, who really knows....... :wacko:

C and J: Amen to not getting one's hopes high up and getting disappointed later. Been there, done that. Thats a real good advice coz it hurts too much afterwards. I have started to see this whole wait time as "it is what it is" and I guess its helping somewhat. So, hang in there all of u. We will get there. Recent K3 activity from CSC is encouraging and most welcome. I feel the end is near for April filers at USCIS and soon yall will be moving onto NVC.

where are all the approval for April filllers? I don´t really understand the system they have there but May and June fillers are being approved (not that I would not be happy for them - I´m very much) but I´m just becoming more and more confused and frustrated about that foggy, stretching endlessly waiting :crying::crying::crying:

According to the NOA1on both I-129f and I-130, it states in the notice,

"We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done, counting from when USCIS received it."

But your right, who knows how they pick them from the pile.

And looking at G & A's chart, our petition should be at least touched again soon. That would be a blessing since tomorrow will be 6 months since I sent my petition in, and 4 months since it got a touch.

Just keep up the positive attitude and the time will seem to go by quicker and easier.

Only the USCIS shadow knows for sure how they pick them from the pile. :o

I haven't checked back lately with everyone who is waiting on their NOA2 for I-129F. What's been the timeline lately, between NOA1 and NOA2? Just curious as to whether USCIS is getting over the hump in terms of the big surge they got when the fees increased.
