THIS ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope tonight they make up for the lack of K3 approvals in the month of September.

Hi, I applied for my I-130 on April 23, NOA1 received May 22, K-3 received June 2, transferred back to CSC on 7/12 Approved tonight for 1-129F .

Hey, thanks. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to change/edit the timeline for the K3 section. Now after reading everyones stuff for months and staying quite, I've got to get it together and figure out what next....thanks. It's been crazy

05/20/2007 rec'd NOA (184 days ago for NOA I ) REACHED THE 6 MONTH MARK!!

PLEASE.... update your timeline and fix it to show K3.... it is important for us here for an estimate of ours.... ok... really it is to make us crazy as we check our timelines constantly

10/22/2007 - I129F APPROVED (161 days), I130 APPROVED (188 days)

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

11/13/2007 - I129F forwarded to embassy.

11/18/2007 - 129F petition received at embassy

01/09/2008 - finally, DOS gives me the interview date, April 16, 2007 (ouch)

updating the timeline is not hard. Go here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/intro.php

Then go to the Visa Type dropdown (the fourth item on the screen after you put in your email). Switch this to K3 from CR1/IR1. Then you can enter the I130 and I129F dates.
