Hey guys....

I got touched today for the first time for my 129f.... they said they need more evidence and that they will not process my paperwork until i provide them with the required evidence... did this happen to anyone.. i think i am going to die until i recieve this letter in the mail!!!!!

The RFE has happened to many people on VJ. The good news is your petition should be approved shortly after the service center receives the requested evidence.

Good Luck!!

We have three more days until another month ends. I wondering if any of us will be approved???? I can't believe the month of October is upon us and we are still waiting to get away from CSC clutches..... How much longer do we have to be punished???

Since I am having to experience this wait and hence frustration myself... I understand it all too well guys... Seeing the recent LACK of approvals is just plain sickening and heart breaking... If its of any tiny bit of consolation... Imagine how long of a wait me(us) May/June filers are looking at in addition to what we already have gone thru...Atleast you guys are right on the edge of getting approved.. Well I hope thats the case.. but, regardless, I do agree that this whole process is just unbearable, unreasonable and what not..

But try to hang in there guys...We will get thru this one day and I hope soon... I m sure you all have heard this so often but take it as "it is what it is"..Someone once told me "there are only a few things in life that u cant work to change it so dont try... You 'll only get disppointed" I guess USCIS is one of them... not to say this makes it any easier... but we will persevere.. I take it as a challenge from USCIS...

Good Luck and god speed...

Thanks for the thoughts pkewl. I can hardly see the edge from where I am standing (and CSC keeps building that edge out further). But you are right, every day seems like forever right now, but in a few months I hope we will all look back at this and think, only 5 months, it wasn't so bad. Sort of how I view the wait for my I130 NOA1 now.

Cheers

Hello, Faith11 is still waiting, l am very sad with this nightmare and l don´t know what to think.

Our congressman will contact USCIS for us to find out. l never expect that we have to contact him.

This is killing me, lam so worried. we have 180 days since our petiton was received by USCIS.

My husband filled previous petition for me four years ago, we were not married and it was a K1 visa but we abandoned and decided to wait until we get married.

l have thought that this may be causing delays on the process, anyone have been through this before?

l am so sad, we don´t see any touches, anything.

What is going on here. :crying::crying::crying:
