It looks as if we are getting close to halfway through the waiting period for the average of K3 NOA2s. Is your glass half full or half empty?

Anyway, it is only an average. Heres to hoping we are average or sooner!!

I keep getting tempted to post the Vulture line about patience. Since it is a public forum I try to be civil. :help:

Well...Before I had no patience..hahahha..still don't have any..Just trying to make it day to day..I check this forum daily..sometimes 3 to 4 times a day..I keep hoping that one day there will be lots of people here getting their approval notices. I see a lot of people who filed after me with very little patience..I'm thankful of finding this site, at least there are other people in the same boat. If it would make anyone feel better, you could search the timelines of a year or two ago and see that there were a lot people waiting 500, 600 and even 700 days for approval. I have a calendar and am marking the days off with the hope that it won't take near that long..I really don't have a clue how long this process will take.

Anywaysssss..Everyone hang in there....In the meantime, I am planning a trip to be with my Honey maybe next month.

NOTE TO "edp333": Our timelines are very close and we both have an interest in the Philippines, so if you're ever down and out and need a friend to talk to, I'm here. We could talk by phone and share our stories and maybe, be some sort of moral help in this time of "waiting"...

My Timeline:

4/03/07..mailed I-130 to TSC

4/21/07..Received I-797 NOA in mail

Hello michael nc. Yes there are five of us with spouses from the Philippines with similar timelines. Chabo, myself, Neenuh, you, and Urge To Race. Unfotunately, Neenuh seems to be lost in USCIS delays.

I thought a little humor would help with moral support.

Have a great trip!!

There are actually six of us now, as I joined the other day. As far as patience is, the first month was a little strange back in the USA. After that, I was very busy at work and a lot of other things so the time flew by fast and I knew it was going to be a while. But, lately it is like someone driving nails under my toe nails. Very, very slowly.....

I have seen no action at all lately, but the other day I did get the letter from California about the phone number update. I am almost convinced that they separate petitions by country and all six of us will pop out at once like sixtuplets. :jest:

Just hang in there guys, it is hard for all of us to be so far away and not be able to visit our loved one easily.

Five and a half months would be fantatic. Just remember the wait will make the reunion even more enjoyable. I think we all feel the wait is worth the effort, but wish it would be over soon.

Personally, I feel the wait makes us stronger both as inividuals and as a couple.

To feel better I look at someone who has it worse off than us, such as the poor man in Florida who has to wait 10 years to see his wife and kids because of a paperwork error.
