Hello, I  need some help. I and my wife are both doctors in the UK and for the first time, we have applied for a visit visa for a medical conference in December in Toronto. I have registered us for the conference and we have attached our invitation letter along with hotel booking and flight booking details for visa application.
Now my question is, my wife's sister is a permanent resident citizen of Canada and residing in Toronto. Is it good for my application to include a letter from her mentioning that we are visiting for a medical conference in December and she will be accommodating us in her house and bear all expenses except airline? is it good or Should I just go with a conference invitation letter? please guide.

Hi this is an immigration forum dedicated to immigration to the USA from various countries. You would likely be better off asking this question on a forum for Canadian immigration.  Best wishes!

Toronto is in canada. As the previous poster said, this forum is for immigrating to the US.

I will say Canada is fairly similar to the US as far as the process goes ( at least for visas for spouses), and is slightly easier to get approved in many cases, especially from certain countries.  Tourist visas may be easier to obtain, but again, few, if any of us will know for certain since we are not in Canada or familiar with their processes.
