Petitioning for stepkids

My wife and I are at the NVC stage waiting for CC for her. Should she be approved, she plans to come and shortly thereafter, I plan to petition for her three kids, ages 18, 16, and 3 (at that time). Side note: the 18 year old was 17 when my wife and I were married.

I'm having trouble finding information on the process.  I know they are separate petitions (i130?). My primary question is if and how it might be possible for their interviews to be held together (or at least on the same day)?

We also understand that we will need the biological father to sign an affadavit (which shouldn't be a problem). He lives in a different country from her, so that might get a little tricky.

Guidance with some information and perhaps links would be most appreciated. Am I understanding correctly that since I'm a USC, that the timeline will be roughly the same as hers (12 to 15 mos)?

:thumbs:Thanks for noting this...it is important that you married before they turned 18. Always love when details are provided early!

Yes, you need to file an I-130 for each child separately. Guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/childpet

The interview process varies from consulate to consulate, but generally multiple beneficiaries can schedule their interviews at the same time, assuming they are all ready to interview. As for the specifics on how to do so, I'll defer to others.

Yes, the timeline will fundamentally be the same as hers - just processing timelines since they are classified as immediate relatives.
