Worrying won't do you any good. Just wait for the mail. It does say submit any requested materials so just follow the instructions and you should be okay.

Please don't worry too much, but that's common wording of a denial or NOID. I have seen it be an RFE in a few cases as well.

Wait for the letter to arrive via mail...it will be more detailed.

With the new policies it could be a denial where you have to start all over. Or it could be a Request for Evidence. Keep us posted what it is. Just wait for the letter. But I would be getting that evidence together now and send in your best Front-load this is not the time to just send the minimum. It's Nigeria they not playing. Please Frontload.

yes i did sorry forgot my password in here i just reset it.    Hey people. we got the letter on 18 to submit petitioners birth certificate, divorce papers, passport photograph with her name at the back of it, and wedding certificate all photocopies. we sent it same day we got it, they start reviewing it on 12/10 we got the letter  on 18/10. it got delivered in  2 days it was weekend so they got it on monday but the tracking says it got delivered to agent, my worries now is that since then no status change and they say we should submited it before 30 days, wife called them they said they havent got it. im afraid and worried now 30 days is almost clinch. my fear also is that is it normal to be delivered to agent at DHS? WHAT CAN WE DO AT THIS MOMENT OR JUST WAIT. THE PICS ATTACHED IS THE TRACKING UPDATES WHEN THEY GOT IT.

It's fairly common for the status not to update quickly. They're always slow. No idea on the USPS delivery item, though, sorry. It might not hurt to call USCIS and just see if they got it. Provide the tracking number.

 

For reference, was the letter an Request For Evidence (RFE), Request For Initial Evidence (RFIE), or a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID)?

After NOID mail received they gave us 30 days to.submit the documents required. We did it.took them 2 months to notify.is they got it. Dec we got updates they got it. December 20 approved😂😂  2 days ago we called NVC they said they have it with them.thanks people it was a miracles.
