hi ive filed my ROC in Apr 2017. my case was transferred to Nebraska somehow couple of month ago. I received a mail saying that and also saying that its extended 18month after my gc expiration date. so I have only few weeks left.

what if I want to apply for a job in near future?

will they send me a letter to extend more? or do I just have to wait to get my application approved?

wondering if anybody who is in similar situation waiting.

That has been the case a lot lately, and most cases received their ROC approval letters right after receiving the 18 month extension, some even got their extension letter after receiving their ROC approval.

My wife received her 18-mo extension 2 weeks before it would expired, a week later she was notified that her green card was being produced.
