Hi Good Day! May I ask about Parents advice letter for CFO and how can I do it? Does simple letter with signature of both parents will do or it has to be notarised? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated. Godspeed.

About half way down the page  is a link to the letters used by Quezon City, they will make a good template for use at CFO.

Hi Sir, thankyou for this info. So this means I need to go to our Municipality for this letter to be notarised or just fill out by myself and let my parents signed it?

In the Philippines an attorney has to notarize.     (also make copies of your parent's ID .. CFO can be picky on some of this)

Jesicca was asked that on Sept 7th  Manila CFO.

She just verbally explained that we had permission,  her mom and I talked, and I talked with mom again with messenger and had taken screenshot of again mentioning that I have permission to marry Jesicca.

Jesicca did not bring the proof to CFO  but we did have proof..

And Jesicca's age is 24, so it's in the age group where they ask.

Just thought I would add to that since it came up.

Ohh I see. Thankyou for this info :) I will take my CFO at Clark, I don’t see if they require it but I’m making sure about it.

CFO does not always ask for the Advice letter, this is many times determined by how the person presents themselves during the one on one interview.   The shy or timid get targeted much more than the self assured and confident.

... but this is one of those better safe than sorry documents.
