So I reapplied for my J-2 visa in Islamabad. People were getting rejected left and right which made me uneasy. To my surprise despite my past rejection she signed and stamped my DS-2019 form gave me a white paper and said to provide additional information when Embassy contacts me. She also informed me to take care of my DS-2019 when I reach United States. Its in administrative processing now , the fact that she signed/stamped my DS , kept my passport with her and gave me advise to take care of it are these positive signs that I will be getting a visa?
