Hi, Our lawyer submitted our docs on 9/25 finally. When looking at our case on the CEAC case tracker it currently says "Submit Documents". Will it change to "AT NVC" when we get a case complete? Thank you!!

I submitted mine on September 21 and says submit documents. Once everything is accepted it will change to At NVC.

Ahhhh we got a notice today - we had the passport issue too! (Which I'm annoyed about because we had a lawyer submit) - and they couldn't read the UK police report!  Submitting again...

Do the schedule only at the end of each month or they can do it at the middle too? We got our CC today I'm curious if we still have chances for November interview. Thank you for your respnse.

all your documents were accepted from the first time or you resubmit something?

One of my documents they said was incorrect, but in fact it wasn't, so I contacted the consulate and they instructed NVC that my document was valid. It took one day for them to change my case status to complete.

Did anyone call NVC and find out their interview date that way before they received a letter?

I called on Thursday and they gave me my interview date over the phone. I haven’t received my interview letter yet. The rep said I should be receiving the email in a couple of days. CC 9/19 interview 11/20 DR.
