Has anyone had their CEAC case forwarded to the supervisor and how long it took for them to actually do anything?

I am so angry right now how that system works. It makes no sense at all! "Your case didn't get CC in average 3 weeks? No worries, we will forward it to the supervisor and it can take up to 6 weeks more! Enjoy total 9 week wait time." So if your case does not fit into the limit the prize for that is extra wait time :(

Help please!!!! My sister is filling out I-864A she lives with me. How do I prove the relationship if we have different last names? Also she does not have her birth certificate.

Finally after NVC misplaced my original paperwork (provided proof of confirmation of receipt and time NVC received it) and resending the same package (advised by NVC rep to do so) my case was completed today!!  Confirmed with a rep a few minutes ago and websute states AT NVC. Now waiting for an interview letter!!

I literally cried!! Emotions so high especially with me being pregnant doesn’t make it any better lol..

Now the journey of waiting for an interview date. Another stressful moment!

What!, Did they rep tell you that the package was misplaced? They received my documents and I have not received a CC yet, it's been over 3 weeks, they just told me it was being forwarded to a supervisor and that it would take 6 more weeks... I'm thinking of resending it

oK, so I responded to a checklist dated 08/22/2018. Corrected error mailed 08/23/2018 Priority express mail w/signature and time confirmation. 08/24/2018 they received my mail, tracking information online stated by N. VISA and the time. I called 08/26/2018 to see if my item was scanned nothing, called every two days nothing. I kept calling because l wanted to know if they received it, nothing. I was giving it time, I called on 09/07/2018 and still nothing, the nice rep told me she didnt see anything coming in on that date, I told her I have my proof she said I can download my proof that I sent the package to the email ask @ nvc or resend. I did both. She said it was better to just resend. Resent the package on 09/08/2018 Friday they received and signed for it 09/10/2018. Called the next day and they told me they received my package and it was scanned in the system 09/11/2018. I requested to speak to a supervisor, supervisor called me the next day explained the situation and basically told me the whole script of how they understand etc. Til this day they have not found the package from 08/24/2018. In the duplicate package I inlcuded a written letter about my lost package and submitted a proof of my confirmation 08/24/2018.

Hi all, I'm a bit confused about the "At NVC" status. My case is pivot and my case on ceac website has always said At NVC. I dont think i have a case close as yet because my docs were submitted on 9/17 however how would I know my case is closed by looking at the ceac website?

You have CC just call NVC that’s what happened to me and I called they confirmed it

Sorry I just reread it but I would call to verify

You really need to have your sister request a replacement birth certificate or you will most likely face difficulties and receive a request for evidence (RFE). Where was she born?

I think if it says "accepted" with a green check next to it in place of where it first says "submitted"..then it's CC.

Our case is pivot also and that's what I've read some places. Waiting patiently for hubby's CC also
