NVC Filers - September 2018

Hi Guys,

submitted doc on CEAC on 13 Sept 2018 and received the message today that all doc accepted expect passport scan copy got rejected as I uploaded landscape. so got this message today (This document is not in the right-side up position. Please replace this with a scan which displays the words horizontally on the screen ) so should I now upload in portrait style ??

Finally after NVC misplaced my original paperwork (provided proof of confirmation of receipt and time NVC received it) and resending the same package (advised by NVC rep to do so) my case was completed today!!  Confirmed with a rep a few minutes ago and websute states AT NVC. Now waiting for an interview letter!! 

 

I literally cried!! Emotions so high especially with me being pregnant doesn’t make it any better lol..

 

Now the journey of waiting for an interview date. Another stressful moment!

Hey bro...Are you an IR 1 visa applicant? I submitted docs on 9/16. Just wondering how long it's gonna take to receive CC.

Got e-mail from nvc with case and invoice numbers yesterday. It took just 22 days. My case is non-pivot.

USCIS approved: 8/21

NVC received: 8/28

case no received: 9/19

I am pivot. So thats why its especially annoying that it takes the whole three weeks! I'm gonna give another call on Friday as suggested when I called NVC.
