Upload your passport photograph where it asks for photographs . Then you can add your pictures under additional document section if you want. That's what we did

Thank you Keeley!  I spoke to them last night as when they gave me my case number they realized they arranged it to go to the wrong embassy (Portuguese immigrant visas are processed in Paris, but someone at NVC mistakenly set it up for Lisbon) and it was cancelled in the electronic system since Lisbon is not pivot but Paris is pivot - SO confusing!  It was escalated to a supervisor to correct, so just hoping that doesn't delay too much as they have to re-assign a Paris case number now.  So needless to say I'll be calling daily anyway!

For anyone who happens to be following :) We got a NEW case number already today - I had called last night at 8 pm and they corrected it already!  So everything is fixed and we didn't have to wait even 24-hours.  We are actually going to London, which is fine since my husband is based in the UK right now.  Woohoo!!!  Now time to pay and get everything together!

She should have given it to you, she just being rude. I received our case number and invoice over the phone the same day it was created. Six days I received the welcome letter. I will advice you to call again.

I only uploaded Civil documents scan PDF file and will take photographs to interview. If they are asking for it then you should provide but i never heard anyone uploaded photographs on CEAC before. I think by Photograph it means Passport size picture 2x2

Hey, I uploaded like 5 photos of on CEAC site as other supporting docs. I think I did 2 wedding and 3 randoms pics. But under the civil docs I uploaded the passport size pic. So when my wife went to the interview they did not ask her for photos or anything. Only question they her ask in whole interview is who is petitioning for you and is your wedding love or arranged. So provide as much supporting docs you can so interviewer wont ask you for many docs during interview. I know every case is different but ....  there is no harm in providing more.
