Depending on the cause of his previous arrest,he might be placed on some AP.

Ok I think it is best to just say yes although never charged with anything we have the arrest record where it says that as well. 

 

Nothing drug related, just happens to be at the wrong place wrong time with the wrong people, was arrested and then just released. No court date or fines at all.

 

we will just be ready with the disposition to show them.

Yes, they give you a paper with your passport. It has the instructions on how to pay the Green Card fee. It's $220

yes lufthansa/united are cheap and are run by the same airline but the fly out time is 10:58pm me no like night fly out time but still got my eyes on lufthansa
