Yes NVC sends the case after the interview is scheduled. You are not schedule for interview yet?

Not yet, my CC is 8/13. I did some intense research and found some people who had their cases created in April,May June and July had their interviews scheduled. I'm not sure about their CC dates though. My case was created in July. I'm just hoping their cases weren't expedited.

Question for Non pivot

Does NVC enter the case in the computer once it is created or does it take time? Or do they enter them the minute they are created?

When received, nvc logs them into the system but doesnt assign a case number immediately until you are due for a case number then it will be created

As we are preparing for the interview, i see the question almost always asked if any problems with the police? We need advice on how to answer this question. My husband was arrested once but was never charged, never had to go to court Pat a fee or anything. What advice do you guys give on how he should answer that question? Thanks!

When it comes up during his interview,he should answer truthfully and since there's no documentation for it,his police character certificate should suffice.

Depending on the cause of his previous arrest,he might be placed on some AP.

Doesnt  matter when your case was created.

What matters most is how fast your local embassy responds to nvc for interview dates and when you had CC.

Yes true. But i was assuming those who had their cases completed somewhere for example around same time as me probably had their cases completed same time as me or before. Like for example those who had their cases created in June or July like me probably had their cases completed  around these months up till August since they've already got interviews appointments. I know it varies but just wanted to see how which months they've been scheduling for.

I've seen people from the previous years posting on visa journey trying to figure out wait times using a techique by understanding what the NVC case numbers mean. I have too much time on my hands these days lol i cannot wait to start working again so i can get my mind of this.
