Welcome to the USA @valentinasc   @Abies  (L)

And congrats to @Mrs Prestige and everyone else who has gotten their visa issued or an interview date!!

I have a question if anyone can help out it would be great...Our docs were submitted on 9/17 and I received an email today stating that we are documentarily qualified. I got all excited and logged onto CEAC to check if anything changed and there were green checks next to all of the docs and it said "accepted" for everything...

But then I checked the inbox and there were 3 different msgs sent at the same exact time. One said that I needed to re upload the passport pic  horizontally...And also the tax transcript from the past year needed to be uploaded again and renamed for some reason...And the third msg said that all of the docs were accepted...My question is how am I supposed to delete and upload the docs again if there isn't a delete button next to them? It says accepted on everything...and why did they say all docs were accepted if they aren't? Please help.

Since NVC says you are documentarily qualified, you will need to call them on this.

Goodluck

I'm doing very well thanks! Been a bit too lazy just staying at home cooking dinner for the hubby and going for walks at night to get dessert :P will head to the Social Security Office tomorrow morning to see what's happening with mine. I've read it's a 50/50 chance they might be making it already as they may not, so i will just go and check what's up. I'm updating my resume at the moment. Got to file a form to send to USCIS as they kept my original marriage certificate..! Any of yous know when to expect the GC? I'm dying to start working to be honest haha i'm just at home all day, but still not too keen on going out by myself unless with bae haha so a job will be perfect so i could meet some people!

How are you all?

Went to the SSA office yesterday and they told me that it takes 10working days for your data to reflect on their system and when filling your DS260 if you tick that you want a SSN that they will mail it in 10days as from the day you got to the United States

Our case was complete on 9/10 and I just called and our interview date has been scheduled - 11/30. I am pretty upset because I was hoping for an early November interview so my husband could be here by Thanksgiving. Another two months feels like an eternity to wait.

It is disheartening. I have a month to wait still, but honestly time is going so quick since I got my interview date. Please see the positives, he will be in USA for Christmas atleast!
