Passport received with visa on 23rd September without any envelope. Planning to travel USA in the middle of October, InshaAllah. 😇

That's great! Congratulations (L)

Our case was complete on 9/10 and I just called and our interview date has been scheduled - 11/30. I am pretty upset because I was hoping for an early November interview so my husband could be here by Thanksgiving. Another two months feels like an eternity to wait.

I know! But congrats on your interview Date! 😊

Welcome to the USA @valentinasc   @Abies  (L)

And congrats to @Mrs Prestige and everyone else who has gotten their visa issued or an interview date!!

I have a question if anyone can help out it would be great...Our docs were submitted on 9/17 and I received an email today stating that we are documentarily qualified. I got all excited and logged onto CEAC to check if anything changed and there were green checks next to all of the docs and it said "accepted" for everything...

But then I checked the inbox and there were 3 different msgs sent at the same exact time. One said that I needed to re upload the passport pic  horizontally...And also the tax transcript from the past year needed to be uploaded again and renamed for some reason...And the third msg said that all of the docs were accepted...My question is how am I supposed to delete and upload the docs again if there isn't a delete button next to them? It says accepted on everything...and why did they say all docs were accepted if they aren't? Please help.

My wife and I lived in San Diego a few years ago, 677 7th, right beside Bootleggers bar...we loved that place(SD), wel and Bootleggers too truthfully. Aside from the politics of that state, we miss it!

Pretty cool city ! Tomorrow will be a week since I moved here and just found out we will be here till August next year and then moving to Asia through the Navy! :)

Thank you ☺️ Unfortunately it sounds like you’re a pivot case and I have no idea on how to upload/submit documents! I’m sorry I’m not much of help but you’re getting close to the end :)

I used to live in San Diego.  The best weather that I can tell you but very high cost of living there.   Enjoy it while you can.

You need to call NVC and ask, they will let you know if they need anything else.

Its really nice to have your parent here with you on a short trip.

The plastic green card and social security card should come in the mail with 30days. One week down,2-3 weeks to go.😀

I see! I ticked yes on my DS260 but will go there tomorrow and see what’s happening.

Im enjoying the weather indeed, it’s not as hot as I’m used to but it’s ok ! Currently at the rooftop of my building where there’s a pool so it’s nice :) how’s the city you’re at now? I live in San Diego’s downtown and it’s really cute

The weather in my city is very friendly too. I live in Moreno Valley. It's like 2hours away from San Diego.

Let me know how your visit to the social security office went.
