Either way USCIS has 120 days post interview date to make a decision on your application as mandated by law, after which you can start pressing using inquiries from your local congressman, infopass appointment or even filing a writ of mandamus against them if all else fails.

Pakistan? You are likely to find yourself in an extended period of administrative processing before your visa can be issued.

Presumably the K-1 visa based on their profile + timeline + K-1 forum. They won't interview for the I-129F, so USCIS resources wouldn't apply here.

WoM is a last resort - typically after a year or years of waiting in AP. The OP has been waiting roughly a month and half, which is in line with typical processing timelines for background checks from Pakistan. Pakistan does not require a PCC due to how they are distracted and the inaccuracies of them (see the DOS reciprocity listing for Pakistan - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Pakistan.html). They often have to perform manual/extended background checks, which can take months or over a year.

Actually after interview they need additional documents provide so i have no idea i post my documents other courier service after i search they need Document with AEG so me send again these documents scan copy now waiting Any idea how long it does

As mentioned, Pakistani applicants often go through an extended period of AP. It can take months or even years (in rare cases).
