Hello,

I've seen a similar post regarding this topic back in 2014, but I don't know if anything has changed.

I'm gathering all of the documents to send with the Adjustment of Status I-485 to adjust a K1 visa for my spouse, but I'm missing the NOA2 approval letter.  There was an old post on this site that said you can get away with just the K1 visa.

My questions are:

1) Does this still appear to be true? Can I still use a photocopy of the K1?

2) If not, do you think a photocopy of the approved (stamped) I-129f petition will work in it's place?

3) Has anybody recently had any similar problems with sending the I-485 without the NOA2 approval letter?

Thank you.
